Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items or free samples
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at info@vendixskin.com.

6. Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first for instructions and return authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
